Phase 2: Update and Calibrate model / data Dashboard

Project Phase Two includes updating the Data Dashboard with the necessary enhancements and calibrating the model using the observed data to validate the data.

The main deliverables for this task are demonstration and documentation of model integration & display of model outputs and Final Model Plan Update.
