Phase 3: DEsign and develop Dashboard

Project Phase Three involves designing the data dashboard in a way that ensures effective visualization of the data with a focus on user-centered design. The team will collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and user requirements. A review of potential dashboard software will be conducted based on factors such as cost, customizability, compatibility, and long-term sustainability. The dashboard will also be designed with a focus on minimizing maintenance and maximizing long-term usability. The project team will work closely with the SRTA throughout the process to ensure the final design aligns with the best practices in data visualization.

The main deliverables for this task are a Draft Dashboard Design Memo and a Final Dashboard Design Memo.

Schedule
